Each semi-furnished unit has its own bathroom and will be fitted with a three quarter bed, study corner with chair, bar fridge, mini kitchenette, microwave, built-in cupboards and includes an outdoor patio with sliding door.

Each unit includes a parking space and the building has a designated area with lockable bicycle racks.

The building is designed with a communal open-plan living space. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, furnished lounge area with DSTV, furnished dining room as well as an outdoor entertainment area with pool and braai.

INTERNET & WIFI

The building is fitted with optic fiber to ensure high speed internet. Each unit will receive a monthly capped amount of 10GB. Extra data can be purchased.

CLEANING & REFUSE 

The Monthly Levies include weekly cleaning within the units and daily cleaning of the communal areas. Refuse will be removed weekly by the Municipality
